My name is Nina, I am a relationship counsellor and accredited Clinical Psychosexual Therapist based in Darwin, Northern Territory (NT), Australia.
I'm able to support clients who seek assistance for:
- Psychological distress such as depression, anxiety, trauma and stress.
- Sexual dysfunction such as erectile problems, premature ejaculation, low libido/ sexual desire, sexual pain, inhibited ejaculation, sexual/porn addiction, orgasm issues and more.
-Relationship counselling for issues such as infidelity, mismatched libido or low desire, negotiating intimacy after chronic illness, reigniting sexual and emotional intimacy and other issues experienced by relationships in distress.
I provide a non judgmental environment open to all. Face to face appointments available in Darwin.

My goal is to equip you with the tools you need to move forward on your own and to help you find what is good enough for you or you and your partner.
My aim is to reach as many people as possible communicating the joys of being a sexual being, revitalising sensuality and discouraging the mass pursuit for what is “normal” or “perfect”.

I am passionate about the role your gut plays in your health and wellbeing. My specialisation is the vaginal microbiome.
The vaginal microbiome is an ecosystem that when well has protective effects for vaginal health which includes:
reduced risk of bacterial vaginosis
reduced sexually transmitted disease
reduced cervical cancers
reduced preterm births
Correcting the vaginal microbiome is also an adjunct therapy for endometriosis.
I work with clients and the community to educate, inspire and coach you to understand the vital role your diet, lifestyle, vaginal and gut bacteria has in alleviating suffering and disease.
I understand that a holistic and evidence-based approach is needed to support and prevent many of today's chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, autism, ADHD, autoimmune disease and much, much more. I utilize the latest technology and research to help change the trajectory of your health for the better. My aim is to free you from suffering and help you feel amazing.

With a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Promotion and Education, I have spent the last 20 years educating people on sexual health matters. My experience spans across the United States and Australia and includes working with doctors, cancer clinics, non-profit health organisations and the public. Some of the areas I have focused on include:
Sexual side effects from cancer treatment or medication and non medical options
Common sexual health concerns including lack of libido and arousal, erectile dysfunction, vaginal discomfort and ability to orgasm
Partner communication and introduction of bedroom accessories
Understanding on why and how to use lubricants, enhancement cremes and toys
I have been passionate to help individual understand their bodies (I’m passionate about helping individuals understand their bodies) and the sexual health issues they may face throughout their life. I do this through private consultations, group presentations or small intimate gatherings with friends. Regardless of the setting, my approach is done in a comfortable, educational and fun manner, making everyone feel relaxed and eager to engage.
